Julie Sanchez isn’t your typical health coach — she doesn’t count macros, she counts on Jesus. She’s 15 years sober, powered by prayer, coffee, counseling, journaling, and let’s be honest… a few come-to-Jesus moments that included ugly crying in the car.
She loves fitness — but not the kind where you can’t breathe or feel your legs afterward. And while she’s always been into health, it took a long time (and a lot of therapy) to realize that God’s version of “healthy” includes healing your heart, renewing your mind, and letting go of that 20-year grudge you’ve been holding on to.
She’s also the founder of Lightwear by Jules — a Christian athleisure line that puts scripture and positivity where it belongs: on your body and in your heart. Think stretchy pants, but make them holy.
Her résumé isn’t filled with corporate titles — it’s filled with lived-in wisdom, raising kids, overcoming chaos, and learning how to apply scripture instead of just highlighting it with a glitter pen.
And the last 15 minutes? Oh, don’t even think about sneaking out — because that’s when the fashion show starts, and you’ll get to see what happens when faith and fabulous collide on the runway.
