Take a step of faith! Have you or someone you love been struggling with addiction? Perhaps you've tried to clean yourself up or even gone to rehab and still can't find your freedom and joy. Or you haven't even tried to stop because you seriously don't even think its possible. Well I have good news for you! There is a Deliverer who is ready, willing and able to clean you up and give you unspeakable joy and restoration. Jesus loves you and He has a plan for your life to live in complete and total freedom. Freedom from the things that hold you back from being everything He created you to be. It's not about willpower, it's about His power! |
No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13

If you know my story you know I wouldn't go to church (or any support group for that matter) but I KNEW Jesus was my answer to get clean off of meth.
Although I co-wrote the curriculum and taught the drug & alcohol ministry at Calvary Albuquerque for 10 years, coaching hundreds of women, I never forgot those (like me) who wouldn't come to the ministry.

Each day's devotional lesson focuses on a verse of scripture and the relevance to addiction. You'll go deep with the Counselor (the Holy Spirit) as you answer questions and journal getting to the root of your addiction.
Let me walk through this with you, giving you daily support and encouragement, weekly group and one-on-one coaching, and show you through the Word of God, the shortcut to freedom, joy and peace.
Why 40 Days?
Jesus was in the wilderness 40 days and nights when He was tempted by Satan . Moses was on Mount Sinai for 40 days and nights. 40 days and nights were given to Nineveh to repent. Jesus stayed on earth with His disciples for 40 days and nights between His resurrection and ascension into heaven. It rained for 40 days and nights in Noah’s day. Goliath tormented God’s people for 40 days and 40 nights before David slayed him. The list of “forties” on the bible goes on and on.
